Who we are

This site, tianliseals.com, belongs to Yingkou Tianli Decorative Materials Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of pile weatherstrip at No. 63 Keda Road, Xishi District, Yingkou Area of China (Liaoning) Pilot Free Trade Zone, China. What we collect

When you send the sample or quote form. Name, company and work email (required); country, the sizes you run, and anything else you choose to fill in: phone or WhatsApp, courier account, what you are sealing, how you found us, a message, and any drawing, photo or spec sheet you attach.

When you email us or message us on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok: what you send us, and the name, address or account name it comes from. Messages to our Facebook and Instagram accounts may be read through Meta's official messaging interface and kept on our own computers, only so we can answer them.

When we contact a business first. We email companies that may use pile weatherstrip at business addresses taken from public business sources — mainly the company's own website, trade association directories and trade publications, and for U.S. companies also business contact databases. We keep the company name, the address, and where we found it.

When you visit this site. For each page request our server records the time, the page, the website that linked to it, the country (worked out from the connection; the IP address itself is not stored), the browser identification string, and a one-way code built from the connection and browser that changes every day, so that one visit is not counted as several. We use this only to see which pages are useful and to tell people from automated traffic. The site sets no cookies and has no advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry, quote, make and send samples, agree and fulfil an order, and follow up on that conversation; and to keep this site working and secure. We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we share it only with the services listed below, as far as each needs it to do its job.

Services that handle it for us

• Cloudflare — hosts this site and stores the visit records.
• Resend — delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Google Workspace — our email.
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok — messages you send us there are handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies.
• Couriers and freight forwarders — when we ship samples or goods, they receive the delivery details needed to ship.

We are based in China, and these providers may process information in other countries.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and correspondence: for as long as we are in contact or doing business, and afterwards as long as needed for contracts, accounting and shipping records. Visit records contain no name, email or IP address and are kept to compare traffic over time.

Your choices

• To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email sales@tianliseals.com. We reply within 30 days. We keep only what we must for a contract or the law.
• To stop our emails, reply "stop" to any of them and we will not email you again.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
