34 years making pile weatherstrip. Nothing else.
Tianli has produced pile weatherstrip and brush seal since 1992, for aluminium and uPVC windows, sliding doors, insect screens, and garage doors. One product family, refined over three decades — and most of what leaves the plant is cut to a customer’s channel, not ours.
Made to order Backing width, pile height, fin, colour — all specified by you. Standard sizes run on existing tooling; non-standard is the larger half of what we run.
Exporting to the United States, Australia, India, Morocco and South Korea.
What we make
Eight lines, all pile weatherstrip — and every one of them is then made to the backing width, pile height, fin and colour you specify. Four of them below; the rest are one click away.
Silicone oil on the filament surface, for exterior sliding windows and doors.
most requested View →Polypropylene centre fin for air-infiltration resistance; silicone treatment optional on the same strip.
most requested View →Backing carried on a 1 mm foam tape, coated both sides. Retrofit and aftermarket.
View →Two bars crossing in a 3 mm square base — for square channels and other sections a flat backing will not hold.
View →Or start from the opening
Most buyers know the door they are sealing before they know what the strip is called. These are the openings our lines already go into.
Every one of them is made to your channel, not ours
Large suppliers sell from a fixed catalogue and treat a non-standard size as an inconvenience. We were built the other way round. Most of what leaves the plant is cut to a customer’s channel — the lines above are starting points, not a menu you have to pick from.

- Anything from 2.5 mm upward — no tooling charge

The plant
One product family since 1992, in Yingkou, Liaoning — 7,142 m² of it, running 400,000 metres of pile a day.
